Vegetarian Cream Spaghetti Recipe


Cream Spaghetti

Cream Spaghetti is a delightful and indulgent pasta dish that brings together the richness of cream with the satisfying simplicity of spaghetti. This creamy twist on a classic Italian favourite creates a velvety, smooth sauce that coats each strand of pasta, creating a harmonious balance of flavours.


My group of youths love this recipe and this recipe has been repeatedly used every time they come to my house


Serving: ~6 pax

Ingredients:

1 packet spaghetti

2/3 piece cream cheese

Soya Milk Unsweetened 1 packet

1 pack button mushroom (sliced), enoki mushroom

1 Broccoli

Some vegan ham

Some cashew nuts

Some Ground black pepper

Some Sea Salt

Some mushroom seasoning

Some Basil leaf/Oregano


Procedures:

  1. Boil water with some salt and oil. Blanch the broccoli and set aside

  2. Put in the spaghetti and cook until its soft. Afterwards, rinse it over cold water and mix with some olive oil and set aside

  3. Stir fry the vegan ham and mushrooms until fragrant, then set aside

  4. Heat a pan with some butter/oil, cream cheese over low heat. Add in soya milk and season the mixture with some salt and/or mushroom seasoning

  5. Add in the remaining ingredients (ham, mushrooms, broccoli, cashew nuts) and mix in such that the ingredients will blend in the cream

  6. Add some basil leaf/oregano and black pepper and season it accordingly to your liking

  7. You can choose to put in all the spaghetti in or plate the spaghetti then add the sauce to respective plate
