Eggless/Vegan Egg Tarts

Soya Tarts

Being a vegetarian with a strict diet since young, when my friends eat egg tarts, I always wonder how does egg tarts taste like? It looks so delicious! Hence, my parents will always go search for eggless version for me! I remember how there were soya tarts that time at Yew Tee area 2 for $2 but years later, they closed down :(

Now, looking for vegan egg tarts or soya tarts have became pretty tough and expensive. One soya tart or vegan egg tart can easily cost $2.50 so I thought if we can do it ourselves, it will definitely easily accessible cheaply. So, after a few tries, I have perfected my version of soya tarts.

This recipe that I will be sharing can be eggless or veganised easily. The only difference is the butter being used. These tarts feature a delicate buttery crust and a smooth, creamy soya filling. Perfect for anyone looking for a cruelty-free yet delicious treat! Get ready to indulge in the sweet and satisfying flavours of these soya tarts!
