Vegan Handmade Mee Hoon Kueh

Handmade Mee Hoon Kueh

Who here likes Mee Hoon Kueh like me? Not the machine made ones but the traditional handmade ones that is chewy! I love love Mee Hoon Kueh and last time when I go to JB, there was this shop that sell this type of Mee Hoon Kueh and everytime I go there, I will order that dish. Now in SG, at Paya Lebar Quarter, there is this vegan place at the food court called Xuan Miao, and they sell this too but its $6.50/$7, pretty pricey!

Thus, I decided to try make the Mee Hoon Kueh dough myself! With this dough recipe, you can just cook your favourite soup base and tear the dough and put it in and your homemade, favourite Mee Hoon Kueh can be made easily from home!
